Our London, Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments.

At Stanley, we blaze our own trail to a brilliant future by daring to outshine light.HOW YOU WILL OUTSHINE:You are very organized and can manage multiple tasksYou are attentive to every detailYou enjoy challenges and solving problemsYour leadership practice focuses on the growth and well-being of your direct reportsWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Ensuring accurate and timely weekly payroll execution and reportingDeveloping methods to boost employee awareness of their benefit options.Developing competitive and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programsCoordinating and participating in internal and external auditsPreparing department budgetCollecting, analyzing and reporting payroll, compensation, benefits and worker’s compensation dataDeveloping, implementing, and evaluating resources, policies, programs, and practices, to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and laws pertaining to payroll, wages, benefits and worker’s compensation.HOW YOU WILL BE REWARDED:Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401K Retirement Savings with Company MatchTuition Reimbursement and more!HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business-related fieldYou have 5 years of payroll experienceYou have at least 2 years of supervisory experienceYou have experience in developing compensation programsYou have advanced Excel skillsThese qualifications are preferred but not necessary for you to get started:Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.CEBS, CPP and SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plusAll Stanley U.S.
