Payroll Coordinator

Accounting Principals

This is a Full-time position in New York, NY posted November 11, 2021.

We are working with a large tech company that needs to get their employees paid! If you are a payroll professional capable of working in a fast paced environment and a desire to be a part of a growing company, we have a great opportunity to share with you! Processing bi-monthly payroll for a mid to large sized company is just the basis of what this job would entail. You would also be getting involved with HR responsibilities and working closely with the accounting team to make sure everything goes smoothly. These offices are incredible and the team you would be working with are ready to welcome you!
Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator Job in New York, NY include:

  • Create, and process payroll for 300+ employees
  • Handle both salary and commission payroll (bi-monthly) for multiple states
  • Serve as point of contact for any payroll discrepancies
  • Work with HR to pull benefits information to send to different providers
  • Abide by all payroll laws and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 2+ experience in relatable position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is a major plus
  • Strong analytical skills
