Payroll Coordinator

Title: Payroll CoordinatorLocation: Charlotte, NCSchedule: Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM ESTWe are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support Shared Financial Services Payroll. This is a highly valued position within the Payroll team and will play an integral role in day-to-day payroll operations. Ideal candidates for this role will be motivated self-starters who can take ownership of their responsibilities. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to;* Working with ADP and internal units processing regular and off cycle payroll runs* Payroll processing under very tight deadlines* Processing/monitoring off cycle payments* Monitoring payroll inbox support within the ADP system and responding to ADP tickets, reporting issues, and creating reports* Supporting monthly/quarterly reconciliationsPosition Qualifications:* 2 – 5 years of payroll processing experience* Knowledge of multi-state taxes and basic financial/accounting principles* Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude* Ability to work under time pressure, to prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines* Experience with ADP Global View Platform preferred* Experience with the SAP Platform preferred* High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferredPDN-992f4c0e-ccee-4351-b8ce-79122a15ccea
