Payroll & HR Administrator-Part Time

Position: Payroll & HR Administrator- Part Time

EH Media is seeking an experienced payroll and HR administrator who will be responsible for multi-state payrolls for 3 separate companies having bi-weekly pay cycles. Other responsibilities include benefit administration and general accounting duties as assigned. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

This is a part time position, ranging from 15-20 hours per week, and offers a flexibile work schedule. Contractors will also be considered for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Processing payroll using PAYCHEX FLEX

· Receive employee time off requests and post to company calendar

· Collect and review timesheets, reconcile time off to company calendar

· Responsible for all payroll changes, including new hire set up and terminations

· Enter commission, bonus and other special payments in payroll system

· Maintain personnel files and records and reports for reconciliation

· Enter 401k contributions to Provider system

· Complete unemployment and salary verification forms as needed

· Assist employees with payroll and benefit questions

· Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned


· Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing and benefits administration

· Experience with PAYCHEX FLEX not required but a big plus

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Well organized with strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy

· Skilled in PC applications (email, excel, word)
