Payroll Specialist

Job Description: In this role, you are a vital member of the Payroll & Timekeeping team, processing and administering payrolls for multiple populations across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits and Site Medical Directors to ensure data is accurate, and will meet payroll operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews.

Requirements: Payroll processing.

Payroll analysis, reporting and customer service.

Maintain payroll database and electronic records.

Complete written and verbal verification of employments.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree or related field and a minimum of 2-3 years’ of payroll or accounting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Excellent math and customer service skills.
