Description We are open to a fully remote candidate for this position.

The System Administration Analyst will be responsible for supporting Payroll Administration and analysis for the US Food & Facility Services specifically Payroll Operations and Payroll Financial Reporting.

The position reports to the Director, Payroll Systems located in Philadelphia.

This position is responsible for the overall workflow in and out of the system: control/security, analysis, configuration and reporting related to the end-to-end processing of Payroll for Payroll Operations.

This position supports advanced analysis for projects and troubleshooting issues encountered in processing payroll.

The candidate will apply knowledge / skills to a range of activities; must understand the interfaces with the HCMS, Payroll Tax, Benefit providers and our UKG Pro Pay Payroll system and must leverage all appropriate systems, and non-systems controls to ensure compliance with Aramark’s Payroll Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies.

The position involves effective understanding of business needs combined with a knowledge of pertinent data to understand and provide solutions that are meaningful and well thought out based on standards and best practices.

Identify process improvements; develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external partners.

System Configuration and basic operation of the UKG Pro Pay SaaS Payroll system.

Configuration of Earnings & Deductions design, development, testing and implementation.

Security Role administration
– Privileged Access setups and research related to system security monitoring and inquiries Daily system monitoring with response immediately to security or usability concerns/requests.

Schedule/monitoring of job/interface execution, delivery and posting, processing and error remediation, and analysis/reconciliation.

Analysis of interface issues between UKG Pro Pay and Benefit providers.

Responds and resolves tier 1 and 2 help desk requests.

Provide basic support to BI report writers as required to deliver correct data to the business.

Develop and maintain queries to support analysis and payroll operations.

Payroll processing support for End-to-end processing of both scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.

– UKG Pro Pay Upgrade release analysis and testing along with project related testing throughout the year.

Report Inquiries
– BI Reporting primarily as a backup to the team’s BI Report Specialist and as it relates to supporting on-going projects.

Provides support for UKG Pro Pay issues reported by Internal and Field users.

Supports inquiries from Payroll Operations regarding UKG Pro functionality and error reporting.

The position will report directly to the Director, Payroll Systems and is an individual contributor role.

The candidate is required to interface with various levels of management, internal and external stakeholders, and external vendors.

He/she will also understand and align his/her objectives with organizational goals, provide solutions to a diverse range of issues, and build strong internal and external alliances.

The Philadelphia location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 10/18/2021.

Qualifications BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field required or significant related Payroll and Technical/IT experience.

3-5 years of experience in a system administration environment, preferably on a SaaS payroll system (e.g., UKG Pro Pay or Workday).

Knowledge of U.S.

payroll processing, Canada a plus SQL and BI Reporting (Cognos) programming experience 2 years.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a very strong Excel experience.
