Payroll Tax & Cash Specialist

This is a Contract position in High Point, NC posted November 22, 2021.

We are an established and growing Triad payroll outsourcing firm that provides comprehensive payroll services for companies that value flexibility, affordability and responsiveness.

We are seeking a professional Payroll Tax & Cash Specialist that will provide superior client support in relations to payroll tax filing including but not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual payments and reports.

Other duties include submitting files to banks, other financial organizations and insurance companies.

Other light bookkeeping duties may be required as well.

The candidate must also be willing to work within a team oriented and high-volume payroll processing environment. This position requires heavy problem solving and decision-making governed by procedures, guided by policies and focused on daily operations. Punctuality, accountability, dependability and confidentiality all are a must to be able to thrive in this position.

The following experience, knowledge and skills are preferred but not necessary. All duties are completely trainable.

  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience
  • Basic Payroll Tax Knowledge
  • Excellent ten-key skills
  • Work on complex assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make effective and timely decisions
  • Being a proactive problem solver
  • Maintain Confidentiality
  • High School Education (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if experience is sufficient)
