Payroll & Workforce Management Senior Consultant

Work you’ll do
As a Payroll & Workforce Management Senior Consultant, you will:
+ Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of Payroll & Workforce Management projects
+ Apply your experience from having lead at least 1 full life cycle in Workday Payroll, SAP Payroll or Oracle Payroll.
+ Work with team members and support delivery teams and staff
+ Give presentations to clients or other decision makers in order to sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
+ Participate in Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
+ Mentor junior staff, lead requirements gathering workshops, and/or facilitate meetings,
+ Utilize your superior knowledge of the HR function and processes to deliver project s

+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Prior consulting experience
+ 5 years of overall experience, preferably experience in a WFM consulting capacity to federal, state or local government sectors or the higher education sector
+ Experience with Oracle Payroll, SAP Payroll or Workday Payroll
+ Experience leading the full life cycle of a project or workstream (e.g. business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, & testing
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
+ Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
+ Prior Big Four Consulting Experience
+ Federal, state, local government or higher education sector(s) consulting experience
