‘The is fully accountable for all propertyoperations.

The purpose of the is to effectively supervise,manage and coordinate persons, activities, and available resources in order toaccomplish each propertys objectives as set forth by the property owner.

Theseobjectives include maximizing occupancy levels, income and property values,monitoring expenditures, and ensuring the properties are managed in accordancewith industry standards.

In addition, the is responsible forensuring that each property follows and abides by all company policies andprocedures.

Duties include, but are not limited to: inspecting commonareas and buildings, overseeing site staff and vendors, reviewing residentapplications and screening information, processing and approving applicationsand lease files, maintaining positive relationships with residents, staff andlocal authorities, enforcing lease terms and community guidelines, overseeingday-to-day operations, handling emergency situations, hiring, training andterminating employees, reporting any and all liability to the Corporate officeand creating and maintaining a positive financial budget.#LIQ ‘Requirements’Understanding and adherence to all Fair Housing Laws andpractices, including those applied at a national, state and local level.

Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability tobuild and maintain relationships with co-workers, employees, residents andservice providers.Strong financial acumen relating to property management,NOI, cash flow and general financial analysis.
