Project Leader / Specialist / Associate Human Resources

This is a Full-time position in Dearborn, MI posted June 9, 2021.

Skills Required:
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (experience in agile methodologies is a plus)
• Proven track record seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and communication skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including SharePoint
Skills Preferred:
• Demonstrable experience creating materials to facilitate strategic talent discussions for C-level executives
Experience Required:
• 5-7 years of project management and related experience
Experience Preferred:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
