Provider Recruitment Manager


This is a Contract position in Phoenix, AZ posted September 29, 2021.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of provider recruiting.

Job Requirements: Responsible for overseeing provider recruitment in multiple states.

Manages and drives the provider recruiting team to meet business demands.

Manages the coordination of provider onboarding.

Assist with credentialing and compliance for new and current providers.

Builds relationships with provider, both current and potential.

Ensures all provider concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Works with multiple departments to reach goals.

Responsible for the hiring, coaching and reviewing performance of staff.

Determine and provide appropriate tools and training for staff.

Develop, analyze and report department targets to staff and management team.

Suggest areas of opportunity to staff and management team.

Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.

Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.

Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum education of Bachelor of Science in a related field.

Minimum 8 years healthcare experience working with providers.

Recruitment management experience preferred.

Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees.

Must have strong financial skills in a healthcare setting.

Must have contract negotiation experience.

Must be able to meet deadlines and have strong computer skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Travel 25% of the time.
