Job SummaryResponsible for servicing and retaining personal insurance clients and identifying opportunities to account rounding and grow agency sales.Required Education and ExperienceØ Licensed in Personal Insurance.Ø Must be able to work Monday – FridayØ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.Ø Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in aspects of service functions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesØ Processes personal insurance policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations.Ø Maintain current knowledge of underwriting requirements and participate in carrier provided webinars and training.Ø Record and maintain EPIC records regarding client contact information and individual communication regarding an account.Ø Assist clients with the reporting claims directly to their individual carriers.Ø Round out accounts by proactivity selling additional personal lines coverage or policies.Ø Remarket accounts as needed or when requested to do so by clients.Ø Maintain and prioritize individual workloads and assist in the training and mentorship of Personal Insurance Associate Account Managers.Ø Perform retention touch points; including new business welcome calls and annual policy reviews.Ø Manage a dedicated agency book of business.RequirementsØ Advanced use of spreadsheets, database, and word processing software applications within a windows-based operating environment.Ø Possess strong interpersonal skills which includes demonstrating good judgment, teamwork, integrity, and respect as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.Ø Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention for detail.Job Type: Full-timePay: $48,000.00 $53,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payExperience:Licensed Personal Insurance: 2 years (Required)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:Yes
