This position will accelerate the growth of the firm by strategically sourcing candidates for the Financial Advisor role.

The primary responsibilities are to drive qualified talent to the firm through networking and social media and to build and leverage high level referral sources both internally and in the community.

Creativity, exceptional communication skills and drive are critical prerequisites for this career opportunity.Recruiting/SourcingAssist with the development and execution of the firm’s candidate sourcing plan to reach activity and productivity goals.

Develop and coordinate strategic recruiting initiatives to generate interest in careers at First Financial Group and drive introductions.

Develop referral source networks through:Warm referrals from Financial Advisors, staff and leadershipDevelop community centers of influence (COI) and strategic community connections for networking opportunitiesSocial media and internet sourcingColleges (career center, career fairs, campus organizations, athletic programs faculty, alumni)SelectionCandidate will be required to learn/understand all aspects of the selection process as well as have/learn mastery of basic financial planning terminology in order to: Review resumes and schedule initial interviewsConduct pre-screen and initial interviews of all candidates entering the processAdminister selection profilesDirect all candidates through the selection process and series of interviews with managementMaintain integrity of the selection process to ensure proper candidates are selectedEffectively communicate with candidates Accountability and Activity TrackingReport weekly activity to the leadership teamCoordinate regular meetings with the leadership teamCoordinate monthly meetings with FR’s to discuss potential referral opportunitiesDevelop proficiency and use of recruiting software to maintain candidate databases and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection process Qualification CriteriaBachelor’s degree requiredThree years progressively responsible work experience, preferably in sales, recruiting or financial services industryStrong work ethic, integrity, effective communication skills required with the ability to build rapport and influence othersExpert in Social media and internet sourcing (preferred)
