– Employing digital recruiting resources
– Helping with new-hire onboarding paperwork/orientations
– Managing various administrative duties
– Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
– Creating internal recommendations
– Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements
– Fulfilling interviews

Job Requirements:

– Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
– Flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
– Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
– Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
