This is a Full-time position in Greensboro, NC posted February 24, 2021.

The Recruiter will provide knowledge and support in talent acquisition including candidate attraction and selection, and recruitment techniques.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review and post approved requisitions
  • Review candidate resumes and credentials to match skills, experience and knowledge with the right positions
  • Conduct and/or schedule applicant prescreens and interviews
  • Manage candidate offer process to include offer contract and background/drug check investigations
  • Update status of candidates and send various forms using Applicant Tracking System
  • Process and manage Employment Verifications (I-9s) to include E-Verify registration
  • May support implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Works collaboratively with Stakeholders to ensure an efficient, compliant recruitment process
  • Provide support with analytics and metrics reporting

  • Strong communication and soft skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Ability to work independently with some supervision  
  • Able to identify and resolve problems
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Professional in dealing with daily tasks

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities

Experience Requirements:

  • Recruitment administration with some experience with full cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience working in a global organization preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and provide consultative skills throughout the process
