This is a Full-time position in Allentown, PA posted June 7, 2021.

Deploy HR Inc. is seeking a Recruiter with experience in the staffing industry to join our growing team in Allentown, PA! The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years of experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment and be able to provide exceptional customer service to both our candidates and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Heavy sourcing and recruiting experience to meet and exceed the staffing needs of our clients

· Maintain online job postings and identify additional recruiting sources through talent referrals

· Attend job fairs, interface with local employment services organizations, and market open positing through various sourcing/recruiting outlets

· Conduct initial phone screens, schedule, coordinate, and conduct in person interviews as needed

· Review applicant resumes and perform verification of previous employment and work history

· Maintain daily reporting to measure applicant flow, placements, headcount, billable hours, etc.

· Maintain consistent applicant pool

· Keep applicants informed of application status

· Visit client sites as needed

Requirements:

· Bilingual in Spanish preferred

· Recruiting and/or Staffing background preferred

· Ability to follow up and follow through on candidate and client requests

· Must be able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent customer service skills via written and oral communication

· Knowledge of various job boards and recruiting outlets

· Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
