is looking for a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter in Baton Rouge, LA.
Frazee specializes in temporary, contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements with a focus on several different industries.

We are looking for an additional team member to focus on administrative support placements.

This position combines sales, service, & recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates with a focus on the job title to fill open requisitions and maintain an active talent pipeline
Interview, assess, qualify, and place candidates on jobs
Reviews resume verifying skills, experience, & work history
Coaching & counseling of candidates when necessary
Ensures that new hire paperwork is completed to standard and entered in the staffing ABD software
Communicates with hiring managers on job requisitions, interview scheduling, and other aspects of job placement
Monitors employee performance
Leverages social media & other recruiting technology tools
Business development activities for active, inactive clients & prospective clients
Assist with sales activities to drive company growth
Conducts site visits with client accounts to ensure quality standards are met
Skill markets candidates for temporary and direct hire positions
Communicates with clients regarding open job requisitions, scheduling interviews
Ability to meet staffing metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Participate in networking events and career fairs
Represents company at various business organization meetings and career/job fairs

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years recent experience in staffing & recruiting, high school grad, some college preferred, ability to pass a criminal background screen, minimum of 2 good work references.

Intermediate computer skills including experience with MS Office suite, e-mail, & applicant tracking software.

Excellent communication & interpersonal relationship skills.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, solution-driven Multitasker with ability to meet deadlines.

Salary 17-19 DOE
