Searching for a rewarding career?  We are looking for a Recruiter devoted to one of our key client Managed Staffing Accounts. This role will allow for a remote work with office visit/meetings several times a year.

Summary of Functions:

To source, screen, qualify and evaluate candidates for client submittal through MSP.

Functions of the Job:

  • Implementation of creative sourcing plan to generate and maintain a qualified pool of candidates for current and future client openings by researching and understanding the client’s needs.
  • Actively source, recruit and interview contract and direct engineering and technical personnel.
  • Actively post, source, screen and maintain open communication with potential candidates for hire in candidate pipeline. Build strong candidate relationships.
  • Work daily with Account Manager-VP and Operations Manager, to effectively communicate sourcing, recruiting and candidate presentation status.
  • Proficiency in tracking and maintaining records on candidates, job listings and current client status of requisitions both within ATS and VMS.
  • Work within MSP team environment as well as work independently toward goals
  • Generate sales lead you may discover through your candidate discussions.
  • Stay abreast of any changes in federal and state law employment as it relates to a safe interview and hire.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years as a Technical/Professional Recruiter
  • Demonstrated recruitment success in all Engineering disciplines, IT a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct source, web-mine and database search.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, work independently at times, work in fast paced environment and respond quickly to candidates and clients.
  •  Detail oriented and goals driven.
  • Excellent personal interpersonal skills, communications skills and professional work ethic.
