This is a Full-time position in Mission, KS posted November 15, 2021.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team to help build our growing Organization.  This recruiter will be responsible for the recruiting efforts for multiple sites as well as remote positions.  The individual will recruit for all levels of positions from entry level to senior managers including our call center. The recruiter will be responsible for building relationships across the organization’s business, gaining an understanding of hiring manager needs and developing innovative sourcing strategies.  
Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Leading all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for placement in exempt and nonexempt positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans and to ensure the best quality candidates and new hires are selected.
  • Source and attract the best qualified candidates, initiate candidate assessments, conduct phone screens and interviews, set-up interviews with other essential company business managers.
  • Identify candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while identifying the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pool
  • Develop effective working relationships with placement agencies, external recruiters, colleges and technical schools.
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation when appropriate.
  • Maintain an effective advertising program to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. 
  • Keep informed of developments in such areas as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general HR practices.
  • Drive recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
  • Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
  • Drive recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner
Education and/or Experience            
Bachelor’s degree in management, business or human resources
5 Years recruiting experience with 2-3 years experience in a call center recruiting preferred 
2 years of technical recruiting such as IT desired 
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications 
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Paycor Recruiting a plus
