Technical Recruiter

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is growing and currently looking to expand our team! FTS has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter in our New Orleans Office. We are the go-to resource for fast and flexible fulfillment of our clients’ technical staffing needs. We are a privately-held, woman-owned business having the resources of a large corporation with an internal family culture. Our new team member will assist our fast-paced recruiting department while providing excellent service to the business community around the region. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: •Recruit on behalf of FTS clients to fill their open positions • Create tailored marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best candidates • Represent and market candidates to clients •Perform high volume of phone calls each day • Deliver an amazing candidate experience by interviewing candidates and providing coaching • Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and organized • Complete necessary process documentation • Coordinating & scheduling client interviews •Extending offers to candidates • Building and maintain relationships with candidates, even after placement. • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years recruiting/talent acquisition experience in the staffing industry and be an effective team member.

Required experience:

· Technical Recruiter: 2 years

  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Determine online recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
