Reynolds Specialty Contracting is a family owned and operated business and is the parent company for Reynolds Electric, Kevin Cohen Plumbing and Accurate Underground. Reynolds Electric has been serving Lane County and the surrounding areas since 1980 and Kevin Cohen Plumbing has served our community since 1998. We offer full services in both Electrical, Plumbing, and Excavation for commercial and residential customers alike.

Job Title: Recruiter

Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: Eugene, OR 97408

Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $50,000 to $60,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

What Would You Do in This Position?

  • Plan and execute recruiting marketing campaigns
  • Work with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles for each role
  • Create enticing job-ads for each position to garner great candidates
  • Post job-ads on multiple job boards
  • Find and create call-lists to add to the pipeline
  • Call, email, text candidates who come in through ads as well as cold calling to passive candidates
  • Interview candidates thoroughly to properly vet for each role
  • Pitch the company and positions to sell the candidates on the opportunities available
  • Manage the administrative process and coordination for all parts of the recruitment process
  • Communicate regularly and clearly with hiring managers, upper management, and candidates
  • Prepare and provide offers and manage the acceptance process through to the candidate’s first day
  • Other duties/projects as needed

What Makes You Right for This Position?

  • 3-5 years+ of Full-Cycle Recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting in the Trades / Home Services industries is a plus (not required)
  • Experience thinking and acting outside-the-box to find candidates for tough-to-fill roles
  • Stellar communication, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems + generally computer savvy
  • Able to be a true, self-starter who will jump in with both feet and lead the charge!
  • A team-player who will act in the best interest of the company
  • Believes him/herself to have a genuine knack for recruiting… is proud of his/her craft!
