This is a Full-time position in Maryland Heights, MO posted November 21, 2021.

Position Summary:

The Recruiter will join a collaborative team that supports the entire organization. As a member of this team, you will develop relationships with hiring managers, understand requirements for open positions and characteristics of the ideal candidate, and assess the skills and fit of potential candidates. The Recruiter will manage a variety of requisitions across the various teams they support from cradle to grave and should be the subject matter expert on best practices related to hiring.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for a high volume portfolio of requisitions across the organization
  • Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing
  • Foster relationships with candidates to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to define requirements and attributes of ideal candidates
  • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to key stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably at an agency or as a corporate recruiter with a strong track record of success delivering top talent within the technology industry
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to develop a pipeline of candidates
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system with a level of detail orientation that maintains strong data integrity and allows for great reporting from the ATS
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication as well as the ability to work at every level of the organization
  • Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills and desire to create an extraordinary candidate experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, and managing constantly changing priorities
