Be a Recruiter with Staffmark!
We are currently seeking an entry level recruiter to join our Staffmark team in Cranbury, NJ! If you enjoy interacting with people, and want to make a difference in their lives, we want to hear from you! This is a 3-month temporary position but may be longer.

About the position:

Shift:
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Pay rate: $15 – $17 per hour, based on experience

Key Job Functions:

  • Screen and interview applicants
  • Complete all onboarding requirements
  • Conduct orientation with employees
  • Investigates and resolves client/employee problems and issues
  • Maintains all appropriate paperwork and documentation.
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Prior full cycle recruiting experience needed
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Prior experience with automated on-line employment programs is a plus
