Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000. Salaries may be supplemented with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow. Essential Functions Full cycle recruiting supporting one or more of the Ryder Supply Chain and Transportation Services business verticals. Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager. Maintains effective working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are met. Works on staffing issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Ensures compliance within all legal aspects of recruiting. Promotes the organization as an employer of choice. Additional Responsibilities Set and manage the recruiting process and utilizes all available, provided resources to provide superior customer service to our field operations teams. Maybe asked to contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Effectively assesses the staffing needs of the business units and takes appropriate steps to meet superior service levels. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions with all internal and external interactions. Works within Ryder’s compliance guidelines and established procedures and/or protocols and is required to exercise sound judgment. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Must be able to provide a consultative business perspective. Exercises sound judgment in accordance with policies and guidelines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors). Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices. Strong technical acumen and the willingness and ability to embraces technology as a primary tool. Experience using the Workday platform as an ATS is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent work experience.
