This is a Full-time position in Omaha, NE posted November 25, 2021.

Provide administrative support to Cariant Health Partners high-performing recruiters and traveling healthcare professionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for resume creation/correction, verifying and completing references via phone/email/text, assistance with collection of timecards for payroll, create profiles in CRM and assist in the process of submitting candidates electronically to open positions through our various client portals.

Meet with recruiters on a regular basis to perform basic admin tasks as directed.

Other duties may be assigned as position grows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of one year secretarial/administrative work or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as resumes, references and timecards.

Ability to work in Word documents and create professional resumes.

Ability to speak effectively to recruiters on a one-to-one basis and must be comfortable speaking on the phone.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Data entry experience and accurate typing abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft office suite.

Ability to relate positively, professionally and cooperatively with others.

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to change and learn when necessary for efficient departmental/clinic operations.

Customer-service oriented, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
