CFS is hiring a client-facing Entry to Associate Level Recruiter in the Seattle area.

  • This an Entry to Associate Level recruiting role in which you will develop and maintain relationships with financial professionals in your city
  • Post ads for new job openings and sift through resumes/applications
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks
  • Get to know job applicants, their skills, and their preferred company environment
  • Collaborate with your team to find the perfect candidates for each job opening
  • Place many phone calls, attend video and in-person meetings, touch base frequently over email
