The Recruiter will partner with Rocky Mountain Health Care Services managers and leadership to ensure recruiting strategies are met by researching, developing, launching, and reporting on effective recruiting and staffing strategies including traditional and more creative non-traditional methods.

The Recruiter will be responsible for high volume requisitions, the screening of, and presentation of candidates to hiring manager and will lead the full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to new hire orientation.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Post jobs using applicant tracking system.
Utilize a variety of tools (i.e., email, telephone, social media) to establish relationships and expand the applicant pool, including cold calling qualified leads.
Demonstrate creativeness and innovation in finding new recruitment tools and resources.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules telephone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or Human Resources Managers during the offer process which may include identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Provides statistical reporting by transforming raw recruiting data into useful reports.

Metrics may include time to fill, time to hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing performance, cost per hire, number of applicants, etc.
Attends and participates in college and local job fairs.
Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years high volume full-cycle recruiting managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Healthcare and non-profit recruiting preferred.
Experience with Talent Acquisition ATS or HRIS.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek advice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary Range starting at $65,793
