Please contact us today to discuss this opportunity!Pay Rate: $26-27Position Responsibilities Responsible for day to day interaction with internal business leaders, colleagues, and internal candidate applicants Full-cycle Recruiting, which includes, effective communication of position, value proposition to all candidates, and lead candidates through recruitment process Document, track, and maintain candidate applicant records and status of open positions in ATS, ensuring documentation is in alignment with Affirmative Action requirements Manage walk in applicants and application process Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback Oversee drug, background, physical process initiation for all new hires through 3rd party vendor Provide responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e-mail, etc.

Work directly with HR to assist with offer letters, job descriptions, and other marketing materials that support recruiting activities (job fairs, etc.), which also includes college recruiting Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools Suggest process improvements to help create efficiencies Position Requirements Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle Recruiting experience for non-exempt employees in an HR setting or at a staffing agency Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Prepare and maintain reports regarding recruiting efforts Ability to work with highly confidential information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client-facing skills Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and able to effectively cope with change in a fast paced environment Ability to manage an open requisition load of 20-25 requisitions Position Qualifications & Experience High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers Exceptional customer service support Strong technical skills with ATS, Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel) Why choose Addison Human Resources & Administrative?
