SUMMARY As a Recruiter, your exceptional ability to identify staffing needs and cultivate creative and successful recruitment plans ensures RRH is hiring the best possible talent. STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: Riedman Campus DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday ATTRIBUTES One year of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of desired area colleges with experience in on-campus recruitment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Energetic and passionate RESPONSIBILITIES Hiring Practice Management. Identify staffing needs; fill staff level positions across the system; lead the creation of a recruiting and interview plan for each open position; develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system External Marketing. Create and/or modify job descriptions; build/utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates; post openings in forms of advertisements and other appropriate channels; aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally Research & Evaluation. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; research new ways of using online recruitment EDUCATION LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Rochester Regional Health is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
