Brief Description: We are looking for an experienced Recruiter that is passionate and dedicated to developing and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.

As a part of the human resource team, recruiters are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.

Some of the Responsibilities/Job Duties are as follows:
Partnering with Managers to determine staffing needs

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing screening including reference and background checks
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Processing application fillings by applicants, enrolling new hires to HR and time clocking systems, giving orientations based on company handbook
