Recruiter – MB


This is a Full-time position in Novi, MI posted February 23, 2021.

Our client in Oakland County is looking to add a phenomenal Recruiter to a highly professional team!

This is a full time temporary 6-month contract.

The Recruiter responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop, implement, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, follow up, partnering with hiring managers to onboard selected candidates.

Identify and implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies based on the available role, location, industry standards, and the needs of the organization

Participate in various meetings regarding recruiting and retention initiatives



Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum of three (3) years of engineering / technical recruitment experience

Strong experience with Boolean searches, innovative recruiting strategies and procedures

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong experience with using applicant tracking systems (ATS Systems such as ZipRecruiter, Taleo, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
