Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting in the US and N America and partnering with the hiring managers to understand their pain points, motivations, business context and the roles required to build their teams across the company.

This role has accountability for full cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
Qualifying candidates for current and future opportunities.
Leveraging a variety of resources to identify and uncover top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Facebook and other social media platforms and tactics.
Manages workflow and communication through applicant tracking system.
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
Completing references, presenting and extending offers.
Mining the Applicant Tracking System and tagging candidates for future opportunities.
Assisting with the organization and coordination of recruiting activities.

Who you are

You have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a software company or in a technical field.

You are detailed oriented.

You’re able to pick up on nuance, ask excellent questions, and plan accordingly.

You understand why the details matter when it comes to a person’s experience of a service.

You enjoy working with recruiting teams and hiring managers, bring value into talent related conversations and aim for delivering excellent candidate experience.
You have a record track in identifying and engaging passive candidates.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You are detailed oriented, organized and you have a great eye for finding, attracting, and assessing talent.
You are a team player and you like to think outside the box and wow people with your interesting angles, new ideas, and quality work.
