Recruiter Sourcing Specialist Job Description Summary: This is a remote position and a rare opportunity to join an INCREDIBLE team of fun & talented recruitment professionals.

As our client’s Recruiter Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing manufacturing talent.

This position requires advanced self-sourcing skills.

The selected candidate will be provided with the tools to succeed, including Recruiter seats on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter if needed.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Agency or corporate experience, (manufacturing experience a big plus) Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ZipRecruiter sourcing skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor Degree preferred with a minimum of three years’ experience in Agency and/or Corporate or Manufacturing Recruiting Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals Solid self-sourcing skills for multi-functional roles in Corporate, Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering.

G-Suite experience preferred Advanced proficiency in ATS systems, Workday preferred Make competent use of recruiting tools Ability to work within a fast paced environment and develop relationships across the organization Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to work with hiring managers and candidates effectively and tactfully Prioritize multiple tasks successfully without losing composure and compromising productivity Job Requirements: Essential Duties: Full life-cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening Execute sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the recruiting team Experience managing a high volume of requisitions Passive recruitment – source, evaluate and qualify top talent utilizing applicant tracking system, CRM, internet databases and advertising via internet job boards and niche sites, job fairs, and non-traditional sources Identify and leverage alternative sourcing methods Identify competencies required for each position Maintain and manage a well –developed network of candidates and core skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively Serve as an integral part of the team and as brand champion Solid technical understanding of business processes and manufacturing practices Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Managers and Director of Talent Acquisition
