RECRUITER / STAFFING CONSULTANT $35

PrideStaff, an Award Winning Staffing Firm , has an immediate opportunity for a Recruiter/Staffing Consultant to join our Minneapolis team.

We also like to have FUN The Recruiter/Staffing Consultant functions include: Recruiting, Selecting, Hiring, Supervising of Field Associates.

Client Service by matching the clients needs with the skills and capabilities of the PrideStaff Field Associates.

Extensive training will be provided.

Key Duties :
● Always conduct business in an Honest, Respectful and Helpful manner.

● Learn the award winning PrideStaff Business Model and execute it with urgency and passion
● Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity goals including employee placements, new hires, recruiting and discovery calls, hours billed, interviews and appointments scheduled.

● Develop repeat and referral business by exceeding clients’ expectations of employees placed, speed and clarity of communication and value added content.

● Maintain an inventory of qualified, available Field Associates, through consistent, creative recruiting.

● Taking/filling client job orders by screening/evaluating/interviewing/hiring Field Associates.

Job Requirements:
● Self motivated with a track record of high achievement
● MUST BE energetic and have a sunny disposition (Let’s get weird, together)
● Have to like Dogs (Yes, I said it)
● MUST BE excellent on the phone (You will be calling prospective clients, so you need a personality that doesn’t put people to sleep)
● Strong ability to communicate effectively
● You have to be OK with the potential to double your salary (No Cap On Incentives)
● Drive to exceed PrideStaff’s daily/activity key performance indicators
● MUST be COMPETITIVE (Hate to Lose Mindset)
● Experience handling a crazy amount of activity and being able to prioritize work
● Sales / Relationship development mindset.

Must be comfortable/challenged by calling clients, candidates (including cold calling).

● Excellent computer and typing skills (50 WPM), with attention to detail with database management and logging client/candidate dialogue
● MUST have a “Beast Mode” mentality
● Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
● Full Medical and Dental Benefits provided Preferred Experience :
● 1 years of experience as a Recruiter or Staffing Professional/ Business Development Manager
● Working with Bullhorn or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
