We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist with full cycle recruitment experience who can attract and hire top talent for our caregiving team as we work to change the face of aging and enhance the lives of senior adults and their families.

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent high volume pipeline of qualified applicants for hire to meet our growing demand for services.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist can expect to work Full time plus.

Work hours are a combination of in-person at the office and community event work.

Commuting in the local area for in-person recruitment and networking efforts during the workday will be required as often as necessary to keep the flow of CAREGiver applicants that is needed to meet increasing demand.

The base salary range is $17
– $19.50/hr with bonus potentials.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and administering the recruitment cycle of sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring CAREGivers who can provide high quality care to our clients Utilizing pro-active recruitment tools and leveraging a variety of sourcing platforms including job boards, social media channels, networking opportunities, career center/public presentations, school fairs and other community recruitment resources Creating new recruitment strategies to successfully market our CAREGiver positions and attract applicants Participating in on-call rotation

Education/Experience Requirements:
High School graduate minimum, Associates Degree or higher preferred Successful experience in full cycle recruitment for entry level positions in high volume is required Prior service or healthcare industry recruitment experience preferred Prior senior care industry experience desired Advanced computer skills, including heavy use of Windows, Microsoft Office, Social Media and Online Job Boards is required Sales experience a plus Knowledgeable about current employment laws Possession of a valid driver’s license, a reliable automobile during each workday and valid auto insurance
