– one has been with us since 1992 (29 years) Currently seeking a full-time, Recruiter (Technical IT) to join our Recruiting department and help us continue to grow Successful applicants will recruit technical personnel with various levels of experience for all of Collins Consulting’s government and commercial clients.

The Recruiter will evaluate candidates against position requirements in order to facilitate the hire of the most qualified candidates for our clients’ projects.

Qualifications Responsibilities Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with client’s requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate Negotiate compensation other termsconditions of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job openings Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks Working experience with recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing techniques ideal Provide accurate documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other tools Required Skills Degree or relevant work experience Previous technical recruiting experience ideal Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone Excellent Internet skills Familiar with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using an online database or applicant tracking systems (ATS) ideal Able to think on your feet Desire to be the best in the industry Benefits Paid time off paid holidays Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, etc.
