Recruiting Associate

This is a Full-time position in San Francisco, CA posted June 9, 2021.

As a member of the Bay Area Recruiting team, assist in the development, planning, and execution of all Bay Area Associate Consultant, Consultant and summer intern program recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities and duties

Event planning and execution
Coordinate logistics for (and in some cases, attend), marketing and closing events at undergrad and MBA schools; manage event invites, student sign up, catering, scheduling and RSVPs (combination of virtual, in the office and outside of the office) Assist in screening logistics, including resume reviews, scheduling students, and Bain interview logistics memos using Avature (Bain recruiting system), book travel and send confirmations Manage the in-office/Zoom interview process: point-of-contact for all candidates and interviewers, schedule interview times, create interview memos, etc.

Assist in the planning and coordination of all aspects of weekends for our undergrad and MBA offerees including communication with recruits, nametags, lunch/dinner reservations, catering Assist in the planning and execution of the summer intern programs in San Francisco including social events, presentations, and reviews Support our Recruiting DEI efforts, including our diversity internship programs
Communication management
Communicate & correspond with recruits on a regular basis.

Maintain incoming inquiries, applications, and generate appropriate responses in a timely manner Manage external marketing communications with school career services offices and on campus clubs and organizations, including email campaigns, invitations, campus flyers and room bookings on campus when in person, alternately schedule and host events via Zoom Provide clear, timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting (e.g., interviewer schedules, managing commitments, recruiting events, etc.) Utilize Avature (Bain Recruiting System) to update global team members on recruit status and event details
Other support
Utilize Avature for data entry, event management & reporting in a timely & accurate manner Create and track new hire paperwork Update trackers, excel files and power point presentations regularly with meticulous attention to detail Assist in events commitments process for recruiting events Assist with recruit expense reimbursements Attend team meetings Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, project management, customer service and organizational skills Ability to represent Bain to prospective candidates and school contacts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred Flexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as needed Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
