Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator/ full time- nonexempt

Department: Recruiting

Supervisor: Head of Talent Acquisition

General Job Description

In this role the Recruiting Coordinator will support the Recruiting Department with all onboarding processes along with additional recruiting responsibilities as assigned.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist recruiting team with onboarding process

• Partner with outside vendors such as HireRight to assist candidates in background check and drug screening process

• Candidate follow-up during onboarding process

• Work with other coordinators to ensure new hires and DMs have introductory and training calls scheduled

Minor Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruitment sourcing and interviewing as needed

• Assist in posting and proofing job descriptions

• Other Recruiting Department responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications for The Job

• 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience preferred
