Recruiting Coordinator


This is a Contract position in Young, AZ posted June 8, 2021.

Location: Arizona; Washington; California; Texas. This role is work-from-home but will eventually work from one of our GoDaddy offices. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

What you’ll get to do…  Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are the pulse of the entire recruitment process. You will build positive relationships with our candidates, as well as with our business partners. From coordinating the interview process to a new hire’s first day of work, you will sync with all recruiting and operational functions to pave a flawless experience for each new hire.  Your specific areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating multiple areas of the recruiting process including scheduling phone/Zoom, remote and on-site interviews, preparing offer letters, processing background checks, and initiating onboarding
  • Interacting with candidates, interviewers, recruiters  and managers via Zoom and email
  • Collaborating with recruiters to build an efficient process catered to each interview team and their needs
  • Executing successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, adapting easily and quickly when processes get off course.
  • Problem solving and investigating issues related to onboarding, scheduling, &/or background checks.
  • Maintaining and recording key performance data related to the interview and hiring processes
  • Ensuring new hire onboarding documentation has been completed accurately
  • Maintaining a high-level of confidentiality, at all times

Your experience should include…

  • 2 years of previous Recruiting Coordinator or Human Resources experience preferably in a fast-paced high-tech environment
  • Processing and maintaining candidate data within an ATS, Greenhouse highly preferred
  • Acting as the main point of contact for onboarding processes for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, responding to questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Initiating and running background checks and tracking results through third party vendor, to include monitoring workflows from submission to completion
  • An ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks and requests
  • Possessing a positive can-do attitude with exceptional follow-through
  • Excellent social skills with the ability to handle critical and confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling verbal and written communication
  • Ability to proactively pinpoint errors in documents with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience partnering with multiple recruiters and balancing a high volume of candidates, in varying stages of the overall consideration process
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with peers and cross-functional teams
  • High proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook and Excel

You might also have…

  • Project Management experience
  • Data and reporting within Excel or other tools
  • Experience with Workday HCM is strongly desired
  • Utilization of Zoom, Slack, HackerRank, and third-party background services platforms
  • Comfort and experience with sitting for long periods at a time working on a computer
  • Experience partnering with international candidates and hiring teams
