We want to continue hiring top talent that will contribute to the success of our teams, departments, and firm.Reporting to our Campus Recruiting Manager, youd be responsible for providing support during campus recruiting busy seasons/programs, attending campus events (virtual and in-person), managing our applicant tracking system (iCIMs), our shared inbox, assist with onboarding campus hires (January and June), and providing assistance with candidate scheduling, sourcing, and tracking across our seven office locations.During non-busy times for campus hiring, youd get great exposure to other types of roles we recruit for, supporting our experienced hire recruiters by scheduling interviews and assisting with searches for accounting, operations and family office roles in our nationwide offices.Why this role might be a good fit for you:Are you interested in making connections and attending networking events? Major events include, but are not limited to, careers fairs, Meet the Firms, technical presentations, mock interviews, coffee chats, and resume reviews. Create and develop positive relationships with students at any event we are attending.Prepare collateral for in-person events, including tablecloths, banner, sign-in sheets, and giveaways. Draft confirmation email with event logistics.Maintains a professional and respectful relationship with campus faculty, representatives, and students.Prepare on-campus interview packets with resume, transcripts, and schedules. Confirm schedules with students and career centers. Draft confirmation email with interview logistics.Coordinates candidate in-office interview logistics: schedules interview date/time, sends meeting invites, books rooms, and organizes calls/zoom meetings. Drafts confirmation emails with interview logistics.Sources candidates for various roles during slower times in the campus recruiting Lifecyle.Promotes our employer brand online and offline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Manages our applicant tracking system (iCIMs) activities and workflows for campus hire candidates.Manages job postings through Handshake and iCIMs.Assist with campus recruitment programs for our sophomore, intern and full-time candidates.Sophomores: assist with Meet & Greet scheduling and facilitation.Interns and Full-time: assist with Campus Hire Orientation Week (CHOW), volunteer event, and welcome activities.Hours & TravelThis role serves East and West coast firm members. Extended hours will be required during busy season months.Anticipated travel: around 50%Busy times (Campus recruiting responsibilities): January-March, June, August-October Qualifications: Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree from an accredited US university1-2 years experience in a professional office setting (it can be from home), preferably in recruitingPositive can-do attitude and approachable natureYoure optimistic and pleasant to work with.
