We are currently looking for a  Recruiting Coordinator  for our  California team based remotely in the Los Angeles area.

Position Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator will join a team of natural networkers and learn to become a “right hand” to candidates in their search.

The Recruiting Coordinator will become a professional at interviewing and job matching to drive placements in various administrative, real estate, and accounting and finance fields.

Responsibilities:
Source for qualified candidate through various methods including posting ads, direct recruiting, networking and referrals Conduct behavioral based interviews Keep candidate records up to date with accurate notes and candidate summaries  Match candidates to open positions and collaborate with team members to ensure candidates meet client expectations Negotiate pay rates/salary rates with candidates Offer guidance and support throughout their job search and manage candidate expectations Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews requested by the clients Prepare candidates thoroughly for job interviews or for their positions Process related legal documentation including W4 and I-9 Debrief with candidate after interviews Present offers to candidates and manage onboarding process Conduct professional reference checks candidates Send interview testing/assessments to candidates as needed Once placed, maintain contact via Quality control calls regularly to gain performance feedback Respond to all candidate inquires with timely follow up, remaining true to our Applicant-Centric Philosophy Respond with next steps to any employee relations issues within 24 hours of notification Resolve all timesheet and payroll issues with the Payroll Team

Administrative:
Perform administrative duties for the team to include but not limited to scheduling of candidates, phone and desk coverage, data entry, team activity boards, business development campaigns, managing availability lists, ad hoc projects Assisted with team reporting as needed
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Focus or major in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or Psychology preferred
