Recruiting Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Pueblo, CO posted October 10, 2021.

Business Advisory Solutions Group (BASG) is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator.

This person will work as part of a small Talent Acquisition team.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role in a consulting or staffing firm and be comfortable operating independently.

This is initially a part-time position which has the potential to grow into fulltime.

It will be 100% remote PLEASE NOTE: BASG cannot work through any agencies to fill these positions.

These are W-2 positions.

Also, BASG cannot work with offshore resources or respond to requests for Visa transfers.

Responsibilities:
● Identify candidates through multiple resources and platforms
● Create job descriptions and identify appropriate candidates
● Do a quick yet thorough initial review of incoming resume responses as directed by Recruiting Team
● Screen and schedule multiple candidates at once
● Write and manage job postings
● Update CRM System
● Respond to candidate questions
● Coordinate interviews, conference calls through the full recruiting process
● Do initial candidate intake sessions as assigned
● Monitor staffing needs and anticipate future staffing levels
● Prepare required onboarding paperwork
● Support the staffing team The ideal candidate will also have experience with Social Media and be able to:
● Update and manage social media sites
● Assist with creation and design of press releases and Insight articles
● Handle website administrative duties as assigned Qualifications:
● At least two years of talent acquisition support experience in a staffing or consulting firm
● Solid understanding of the job functions of work categories including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Process Designers, Program Managers, Data Analysts
● Some background in technology which includes an understanding of terms such as Agile, Waterfall, ERP, Change Management, CRM.

etc.

● Some knowledge of or experience in the banking/financial services industry strong preferred
● The ability to work independently with direction from Senior Management
● Familiarity with creating job descriptions
● Experience sourcing resumes from multiple platforms
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

● Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
● Good professional writing skills/experience
● Ability to deal in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity and shifting priorities
● Ability to work during normal business hours with some flexibility to work on a more non-traditional schedule a portion of the time
