Recruiting Coordinator

We have an immediate opening in our Mason, OH location for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team!

The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Specialist is to create and model a positive experience for candidates and associates.

Responsibilities may include:
Assists Recruiter with new employee onboarding
Process HR applications, background checks, and other new hire processes
Manages new hire drug screen process
Facilitates and conducts New Employee orientation
Procures appropriate employment documents
Assist with E-Verify process and compliance
Personnel electronic file maintenance into the operational software system
Responsible for documenting all candidate or associate communications into the operational software system
Monitor and post to social media sites to increase brand recognition
Assist with administrating mass employee communications
Coordinate and procure candidate prior employment reference or verification
Acts as liaison between applicants/associates and Recruiter or Branch Manager
Assist with planning and set up of events
Assist with other administrative and HR duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to effectively build relationships
Above average verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with applicants and employees
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to think creatively to solve issues
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Familiarity with social media marketing, event marketing, and related tools (Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience supporting a staffing firm or recruitment team (preferred)
Experience with editing and formatting in Microsoft Word (strongly preferred)
Experience with basic HR functions and protocols (preferred)
