If the description below speaks to you, take 5 minutes (seriously, only 5 minutes) to apply!As an HR/Recruiting Intern, you will assist FAST’s Recruiting and HR teams with the processes pertaining to finding quality candidates, candidate outreach, on boarding, and various HR tasks.

This will be a Part Time position based at our headquarters in Centennial, Colorado and ideally take place during Spring 2020.EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidates should be currently working towards a degree in: Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• Have a high level of energy, be creative and enthusiastic, and have a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic.
• Enjoys a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment and is willing to take on a variety of projects.

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week for no less than 12 continuous weeks.EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain job postings through various online sources.
• Manage recruiting-related items (i.e., preparation and ordering/distribution of recruiting supplies, including career fair materials).
• Coordinate onsite interviews, including: scheduling, greeting candidates, gathering interview notes and following-up with candidates.
• Onboard new hires into our systems, including document uploading and conducting background checks.

• Collaborate with the team to offer suggestions for new promotional items.
• Willingness to complete other recruiting/HR tasks, as assigned.
