This is a Contract position in Long Branch, NJ posted October 1, 2020.

About the Company : Traffic Plan is a certified women business enterprise operating in New Jersey that provides expert traffic safety solutions in accordance with the MUTCD.

From designing and submitting traffic plan requests to jobsite set up and maintenance of traffic in and around construction sites, you can count on Traffic Plan to protect your workers, equipment and the general public in a safe and professional manner.

Traffic Plan also offers the sale and rental of traffic control equipment, including attenuator trucks, message and arrow boards, traffic drums, construction signs, barricades, barrels and cones.

Position Requirements : Traffic Plan is seeking a Recruiting Manager with at least five years’ recruiting experience in high volume recruiting.

This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruiting for the company.

This includes managing the recruiters, all recruiting programs and coordinating orientation and on-boarding with HR.

The qualified candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills.

The qualified candidate must possess the ability to work independently and exercise complete confidentiality.

A demonstrated track record of developing recruiting strategies across multiple states and various municipalities is essential.

Essential Job Duties : Manage talent acquisition process from search kick off through offer acceptance Manage high volume recruiting across multiple states Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates Research the best job advertising techniques Search for and implement new sourcing methods to find job candidates Develop innovative techniques on recruiting new candidates Work with leadership on understanding the recruiting requirements and priorities by location Respond to candidate inquires in a timely manner Schedule monthly new hire orientations and open houses Manage recruiting team Identify, recruit and screen potential candidates – including phone cold-calling and internet postings, searches, etc.

Establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in all interactions (e-mail, phone, in-person, etc) Utilize latest technology to identify new candidates and build relationships in order to maintain a talent pool of candidates Provide data analysis and reporting on recruiting metrics Skills/Qualifications : Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment, while maintaining a sense of urgency and a higher sense of accountability.

Knowledge of recruiting sourcing techniques Experience working with recruitment tools and systems as well as managing in a paper environment Proficiency in MS Office Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred 5 years of recruiting experience COVID-19 Job Requirements: Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools Implement successful recruiting campaigns and strategies to meet recruiting goals Implement various recruiting/sourcing/channel/recruiting technology continuous improvement projects Develop innovative techniques on recruiting new candidates Support the overall mission of management recruiting and recruiting services Ensure the full-cycle recruiting process Establish and implement recruiting metrics that evaluates recruiting team’s performance Manage full-cycle recruiting within budget Understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategy Ensure all recruiting activities are Manage the recruiting and staffing needs Utilize more effective recruiting tools Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates Establish and implement recruiting strategies Help manage the recruiting activities Supervise the recruiting department staff Develop potent recruiting and sourcing strategies Oversee a small recruiting team Assist ever growing recruiting team
