– “people are our priority” and “family is everything.” Alder holds strong ties among the community with frequent giveaways and activities for community members to participate in.***ABOUT THE POSITION***During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced lots of new growth and are growing rapidly.We are seeking someone to help preform video interviews and manage recruiting systems.

This position will require the candidate be on site out of our Orem, UT office for the work week 8am-5pm.

Professional dress.There may also be some off site in person recruiting events that candidate would need to attend throughout the year.This is a full time 40hrs a week position.

8am-5pm is general schedule but maybe slightly modified.$14-$17/hr.

DOE***DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE***Dependable, Responsible, and Detailed oriented.Basic Microsoft word, excel, and computer functions a plus.Background in hiring, recruiting a plus but not required.Background in assistant/ office work a plus but not required.Great attitude, people person is preferred.Videos About Us:
