Recruiting Marketing Analytics Senior Manager

This is a Contract position in Atlanta, GA posted June 4, 2023.


As the Recruiting Marketing Senior Analytics Manager in the Recruiting Marketing & Employer Branding Talent Value Center, you will lead, manage, execute, and oversee recruitment marketing and employer branding data management and analytics for career website and other key initiatives. You will work with a wide range of BCG stakeholders to align them to the KPIs/reports to help guide them with insights and incorporate their feedback such as People/HR, Marketing, Brand, and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting teams.

This role will be an individual contributor to drive talent branding insights, performance and tracking as well as help with recruitment marketing measurement governance for media mix modeling and attributions, benchmarking, and market intelligence, as well as integrate data and prepare business reviews on an on-going basis. 


This role requires a proven proficiency in performance driven research, analysis, product management/strategy work in recruitment marketing to understand marketing touchpoints and conversions with candidates throughout the talent acquisition journey. Insights will help stakeholders make data lead decisions. 

Strategic analytical thinking, project management and interpersonal skills are all central to this role, and as such the candidate should have proven strengths in these areas. Ideally the candidate would be a strong performer within recruiting marketing and/or employer branding functions. 


  • Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze large data sets, identify patterns, draw insights from data and drive implications in the recruitment marketing and employer branding space – via career site, CRM, and recruiting marketing & branding tools/platforms 
  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant role(s) 
  • Ability to develop governance structures and mange various stakeholders 
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and ethics 
  • Ability to write SQL or build Tableau/PowerBI dashboards 
  • Knowledge of Adobe and Google Analytics, Snowflake, HEAP, ContentSquare, Phenom Analytics, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)  
  • Strong written and verbal communication, ability to deal with & resolve conflicts 
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and conceptual thinking to develop effective solutions and problem solve through teamwork in complex environments 
  • Strong sense of candidate centric thinking
