The Human Resources Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the policies, systems and standards associated with sourcing, recruiting, staffing, hiring and onboarding. This specialist will work with local HR teams and hiring managers to support recruitment activities for North America while also developing and managing the solutions, data and services associated with recruiting and onboarding.

  • Develop and support the ongoing roadmap to simplify and harmonize the processes, rules and systems associated with recruiting & onboarding, including recruitment marketing
  • Support recruitment activities in North America
  • Act as the company’s subject matter expert and front-line support in SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding it relates to new rollouts, and the support of ongoing businesses at sites which use this technology
  • Develop and maintain standards and processes associated with recruiting & onboarding management including policies, procedures, system integrations, data standards and rules
  • Harmonizing processes & data across complex entities which have grown organically & inorganically and are very different
  • Standardizing/implementing a new global recruiting & onboarding system; working with local entities to understand local needs, differentiations and requirements to create an optimal candidate and HR / hiring manager experience
  • Managing the end-to-end process for recruiting and onboarding
  • Modernizing a workforce with legacy systems, processes and data structures which are well-established and understood
  • Simplification and standardization of tools and data across businesses, regions and entities
  • Working within a team with many years of experience with existing tools and processes, teaching and training new systems and ways of working

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, HR or related field
  • Experience deploying and managing recruiting & onboarding solutions in multiple countries is required (5+ years)
  • 5+ years of experience with Success-Factors, Recruiting & Onboarding
  • 5+ years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience in North America
  • 2+ years of experience managing, deploying a large-scale HRIS is preferred
  • 2+ years of Global HR experience is preferred
  • Multilingual a plus
