he Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for developing and executing candidate identification and screening strategies which support the assigned talent pools.MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)Responsible for sourcing candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.Utilize comprehensive and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Responsible or recruiting across multiple skill sets and locations as needed.Leverage the use of applications and software to continually improve the recruiting process.Attend staff meetings as necessary to partner with businesses on their needs and provide a recruiting perspectiveTake a proactive approach to personal training and development opportunitiesQUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)Minimum of 1 year relevant talent acquisition experienceExpert in identifying and securing passive candidates via various ‘direct’ channels – Social Media; networking, market mapping, Boolean stringsAbility to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationshipsDemonstrated business acumenHighly competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reportsPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors DegreeCIR, CDR, CSSR certifications are preferredPrefer 3+ years of recruiting experience, within the Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and/or Medical DeviceExperience in Direct Hire Placement for a 3rd party recruiting or staffing firmKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)Demonstrated verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges.
