If so, see below As a Recruiting Specialist you provide professional and courteous greetings and general information to company guests in person and over the telephone.

Assists in answering incoming phone calls; schedules applicant appointments, connects with others via calls, texts and emails.

You also recruit, interview, screen, select and refer candidates for job openings.

Ensure qualified job candidates are hired and all required new employee on-boarding process is complete.

Processes mail and handles other administrative and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Greets visitors and directs.

Provides information to visitors and callers.

Receives and qualifies calls/walk-ins from prospective temporary employees.

Schedules application and interview appointments.

Directs applicants to electronic on-line application and on-boarding process.

Post jobs and run reports when requested.

Researches candidate pool to locate possible candidates for job orders.

Interviews job candidates and ensures that application information is correct and complete.

Administers appropriate tests, reviews test scores along with employment history and verifies references.

Verifies and maintains paperwork and documentation.

Contributes to the Company’s candidate pool by assisting in the recruiting process.

Interacts with employees via phone, text, email or in person as needed consistently.

Communicate company policy changes to temporary employees.

Maintains the sign-in/out log.

Performs general administrative and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements: Understand and support the Vision and Values of Staffmark Investment, LLC.

A high school diploma.

1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Extremely organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and customer service skills.
